1About this program
This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the text messaging program of Manny for Nevada, the campaign of Manny Kess for Clark County Commission, District E. When you opt in, we send recurring text messages such as campaign news, event and volunteer invitations, voting and get-out-the-vote reminders, and fundraising requests.

You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example by submitting a form on our site that says you agree, or by texting us a keyword. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from the campaign at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any contribution or purchase.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm, and you will not receive any more texts unless you opt in again.

We share this information only with the service providers that help us run the texting program, and only so they can deliver these messages for us.
